Question 6. Is there access for boaters?

Is there access for boaters: The islands provide many bays, each providing shelter from different wind directions, for the anchorage of larger boats/yachts, where tenders may be utilised to come ashore – remember the islands are tidal. Official all tide boat ramps for trailers are provided at each vehicular barge terminal, which are available for use by recreational boaters, and a ¾ tide ramp is provided at Dalpura Beach, Macleay Island. Many private ramps and unofficial launch areas are spotted around the islands.
